Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver from Monday to Sunday throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

What are the shipping costs?

Sweetbox Belgium’s couriers deliver the boxes fresh to the customers every day. The couriers depart from the bakery in Temse directly to the customer. This way we keep our products fresh and prevent damage to the boxes. The shipping costs therefore different per province.

How are the boxes shipped?

Sweetbox Belgium’s couriers deliver the boxes fresh to the customers every day. The couriers depart from the bakery in Temse directly to the customer. This way we keep our products fresh and prevent damage to the boxes.

Can I specify a delivery date?

At sweetbox Belgium you always choose your own delivery date. It is important that someone is present to accept the package. The boxes are a fresh product and must be kept refrigerated. For this reason, we cannot deliver the package to the neighbors, drop it off at a package center or deliver it at a later time. So, make sure you choose a delivery date where someone is at home to accept the package.

At what time will the box be delivered?

At sweetbox Belgium you always choose your own delivery date and time. It is important that someone is present to accept the package. The boxes are a fresh product and must be kept refrigerated. For this reason, we cannot deliver the package to the neighbors, drop it off at a package center or deliver it at a later time. So, make sure you choose a delivery date and time when someone is at home to accept the package.
We deliver 7 days a week between 8:00 and 00:00 throughout Belgium and the Netherlands.

How many days in advance should I order a box?

You can always choose your own delivery date. We recommend ordering your box at least 3 days in advance. If a date is no longer available, this date is fully booked.

Payment methods

Which payment methods can I use at Sweetbox Belgium?

Sweetbox Belgium uses Mollie secure internet payment to handle the payments. All payments take place within a secure environment.
In the Sweetbox Belgium webshop you can pay with almost all digital payment options, including:

  • iDEAL
  • Klarna
  • PayPal

How can I check the balance on my Sweetbox Belgium gift voucher?

The Sweetbox Belgium gift vouchers can be redeemed on the Sweetbox Belgium website. The gift vouchers can be used multiple times on the site, until the balance on the gift voucher has reached € 0,-

The buyer can decide for himself what amount will appear on the gift voucher. After ordering you can expect the gift voucher at your home within 5 to 10 working days. When you receive the gift voucher, it is immediately ready for use.

Would you like to check the balance of the gift voucher? Then look at this page. Members can also click on “Gift Card Balance” on their profile page.
After checking the balance, you can increase this by clicking on ‘Add more money’.

The Sweetbox Belgium gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money. The balance on the Sweetbox Belgium gift voucher can only be exchanged for Sweetbox Belgium products on the website. The Sweetbox Belgium gift vouchers are valid for 3 years after the purchase date.

What is a Sweetbox Belgium Membership?

With a Sweetbox Belgium Member account you are always the first to know about new sweetboxes and you receive exclusive discounts that only members receive.
During checkout you can create a Member account.

Exchange and Returns

Can I return or exchange a box?

Sweetbox Belgium products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can I still cancel my order?

At Sweetbox Belgium you can cancel your order up to 4 days before the delivery date. If your sweetbox will be delivered within 3 days, you can no longer cancel the order free of charge.
For each sweetbox, the products are freshly ordered and purchased for each box. Because of this it is not possible to cancel the order within 3 days before the delivery date.
Do you cancel the order in time? Then we will send the money back within 14 days to the same account number with which the order was paid.

Product Information

For how many people is a box?

The boxes are available in two sizes.
The small boxes are filled for 1 to 2 people and have a size of 26 x 12 x 7.4 cm.
The large boxes are filled for 4 to 6 people and have a size of 39 x 18.4 x 9.2 cm.

Can I have a box adapted to allergies?

We are happy to take allergies into account. Do you have an allergy that we should take into account? Contact us by sending an email to info@sweetboxbelgium.be and we will gladly adjust your box!

How do the boxes stay fresh?

Freshness comes first at sweetbox Belgium! It is very important to us that our boxes are always freshly delivered to the customer. To guarantee this, the boxes are always freshly prepared on the day of shipment. In this way we ensure that our boxes are always delivered fresh and crispy!
